Grace and Mercy Establishment is a faith-based, trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and healing for individuals and families across North Carolina.
Originally founded to provide recovery and support for survivors of sexual assault, our organization has grown to meet the broader behavioral and emotional needs of the communities we serve. We now offer a continuum of care—including individual, group, and family therapy, youth development programs, and community wellness initiatives—designed to foster healing, resilience, and long-term growth.
At Grace and Mercy Establishment, every person is met with compassion, respect, and understanding. Whether you are a survivor seeking recovery, a youth building confidence, or a family in need of support, this is a safe place to heal, grow, and thrive.
