Founded in 2011 to support survivors of sexual assault, Grace and Mercy Establishment began as a small outreach dedicated to providing hope, healing, and advocacy for individuals navigating the impact of trauma. In 2023, we proudly received 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and opened our doors in Gastonia, North Carolina—marking the beginning of our growth into a comprehensive behavioral health and community wellness agency.

What began as a mission to restore survivors has evolved into a continuum of programs that empower and uplift children, youth, and adults through therapy, advocacy, and skill-building opportunities. Each program addresses unique needs while remaining rooted in our shared mission of compassion, healing, and resilience.
